The frequency and content of these advertisements will be based upon the information you submitted to Intellione through your registration for the io-vector service and your searches within the service to facilitate advertisements that may be relevant to your searches. Your participation in promotions by such third party advertisements or other interactions with any third party advertisers viewed on or through the io-vector service are solely between you and such third party. You agree that Intellione will not be responsible or liable for any cost, expense, loss or damage of any kind incurred by you as the result of any such dealings or as the result of your participation with such third parties. Intellione uses commercially reasonable efforts to prevent advertising or promotion of illegal products or illegal practices, but is not responsible to review content of potential third party advertisements that may be served to you in connection with the io-vector service. Check with your data service provider regarding rate plans to determine any associated costs. If you wish to stop receiving advertisements from the io-vector service, then stop using the application and follow the instructions from your device provider to disable or delete the application.

13) This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America. All disputes relating to this Agreement will be solely and finally settled by arbitration conducted pursuant to the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Atlanta, Georgia. Judgment on the arbitral award is final and binding and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The foregoing does not apply to the extent Intellione wishes to seek equitable relief.

14) This Agreement and any policies it references, including without limitation the Web Site Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Intellione with respect to the use of the site and any Software made available via the Site. In the event any of the provisions of the Agreement are held unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provisions shall be deemed severed from the applicable agreement, and the remaining provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect. Failure of any party to enforce, in any one or more instances, any of the provisions herein shall not be construed as a waiver of the future performance of any such terms or conditions. No consent to a breach of any express or implied term of the Agreement or any other notice, directive, or rule otherwise posted on the Site shall constitute a consent to any prior or subsequent breach.
